Food was good, service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. With no servers in sight, eventually we sat ourselves. Last time we also had to seat ourselves. We waited almost 20 minutes that time until I literally walked into the kitchen and found out from the cook that the waitress hadn't shown up yet. That time doesn't warrant a review, but this trip sure does. When the 2 servers finally did show up to the section we were in, our waitress spent another 10 minutes doing something at the cash register while chewing on her nails, eating, and definitely not washing her hands.? The other waitress kept doing something at the front door even though no one was there, washed a cup, and then told us we had to wait for our server when we asked her if we could order. If she was busy I could understand, but instead she walked over to a friend at the bar, pulled out her phone so they could take a selfie, and then started to discuss hairstyles as the waitress pulled her hair up into multiple styles, modelling them for her friend as they shared a drink. ? Eventually the manager showed up and I got excited thinking things would pick up. He ignored all the customers and just went and flirted with the friend though. ? Finally our food came and it was good but our server never came back to check on us during our meal which was a problem since we ended up dining with no cutlery, or condiments. ? If you go to this location, plan to stay an hour longer due to the really bad service. You might want to stick a salt and pepper shaker and a couple forks in your purse too, just in case ?

Went to Boston pizza last night and got the worst service. After I had received my food the server was no where to be found. 20 minutes later after waiting for her to come quality check us + check that we needed refills it still took 10 minutes to get the new drink on our table. Plates were piled up waiting for her to clear it off the table but she never did that. She never came back after we got refills. After 30 minutes of waiting for her to come back to get the bill we decided to go to the front to pay and there she was just talking at the bar doing nothing. She never did approach us at the front counter when it was obvious we wanted to pay and leave. Her manager had to bill us. She had over charged us on a beer saying the menu was priced wrong - which it wasn’t because 2 days ago I got the same beer for the same price at the same location!! The server said pasta Tuesday was $9.99 which includes 1 choice of topping. She was wrong. Topping was extra and I had to pay $1.50 for literally 3 pieces of mushrooms in my pasta. We had confronted the server about what she had offered us (1 free topping) and she carelessly said β€œmust’ve got confused, sorry”. Overall this server should get trained more especially on knowing the specials. It was easily seen that she did not care about us at the end especially when we were getting billed, never even thanked us for paying. It’s just sad I’ve been here the past 3 times this week and got excellent service and yesterday had such a bad experience that I do not want to return.

I love this location. This Boston Pizza in North York is amazing. Staff and Ownership are on point. Young Street & Parkhome Crescent makes every other Boston Pizza irrelevant. Christina is THE BOSS BARTENDER in Toronto...

Great onion rings. Great calamari but way too small. Service was quite slow although servers were friendly but too eager to take away the plates. Don't sit outside if you were scared of bees. Chiken wings 3/5 because there was not much taste. No need to try the onion soup again. They only have Pepsi in cans...so weird.

Edit: The GM, Mahi, contacted me and made things right. Got takeout last night and every item was wrong (half a rack of ribs instead of a full one etc). Portion was also smaller than expected. I called the restaurant when I got home and the server hung up on me in the middle of my explanation. 2 stars because what I got was tasty.

Ambience is absolutely amazing. Food is delicious. Service is satisfying. Staff is polite and responsive. Worth a try!

My family and I usually dine in at Boston Pizza, but since COVID we’ve stopped until two months ago. We were so excited to be back but we were shocked at how much the place has changed! - Staff didn’t care - Food was late - Not as tasty and good as before - Place was dirty, a table adjacent to us had the biggest mess on it and it wasn’t appealing to eat in front of it. The place was empty and there were few staff just standing and talking next to each others! I really felt bad for the owner relying on people who are causing the business to go down! The price was decent - we spent $70-80.

I recently visited this location on a Saturday after noon and it wasn't really busy. I was able to choose a nice table and the service was quick. I ordered chicken wings with honey garlic sauce and a tropical chicken pizza and really loved the food I got served in terms of taste, quality and quantity. I would highly recommend this spot for going out with friends and for meet-ups.
