★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the food is good but last time was pathetic. The pizza didn't have enough cheese on it and hence was dry. The wings were undercooked.
Boston Pizza charges a premium on their pizza as compared to other chains and the food did not reflect that in my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Boston Pizza menu so you know what to expect for a casual meal and drinks but they have a nice rooftop patio downtown.
The service was great and I had one very helpful server chase me down the stairs on my way out to return some expensive sunglasses I accidentally left behind on the table. Much appreciated!

I've had there chicken Alfredo, ribs, and today I'm eating there Big Dipper I've found a new love for there garlic bites and there drinks as the workers here and the cook have done an amazing job on serving me and cooking my food. This place is perfection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon this place, and even though I know the franchise, I was surprised to see that it wasn't as lively as I remember it, maybe Covid is still playing a part here.
The service was excellent, very friendly and the waitress from Quebec was very attentive and caring; food wise is presented with quality with sufficient portions for you to be satisfied with one dish. Maybe an entree is advisable if you are going in a group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually don't like going to franchise type of restaurants as the quality tends to not be the greatest. However, some friends wanted to head to Boston Pizza so we gave it a try, I have to say I am not a fan. Husband and I got an order of pizza and tacos and it was all just mediocre. A friend suggested we try their "Honey Hot" wings, which apparently the flavour isn't on the menu but it can be made. It was good, nothing special and I am sure you can prob find that flavour or similar elsewhere. Overall, it's not a place we would choose to go to on our own and if we had to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 1 individual Bourbon BBQ Chicken pizza with fries. The pizza tasted good but was a bit small for the price. The fries were good. They only have one portion size for fries which is quite a bit.
The staff are professional and the place is clean.
