K	Katherine Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best location for Boston Pizza. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is delicious and well presented. Just opened patio a while ago, the environment is clean and tidy. Social distancing is well maintained and it made me feel safe to enjoy dinner here.
M	MISYYZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan 12/19 Dinner was great!! The food was hot and the service was super. Really enjoyed that cheesecake. Well done!! Great pizza and pasta. I enjoy the menu selections and the pricing is not bad. Place is clean and the music fits the ambiance. The staff are happy and do a fine job with table service. Oh and a cold one goes with that pizza quite well. I recommend this location.

Wait of 2 hours if we are ready to wait. Very poor organizing and managing if they can't handle their reservation. Got an sms 30 min reminder saying looking forward to c you. At least courtesy of calling and letting you know that the reservation was cancelled would ha e been appreciate d. Very disappointed the way BP handles the situation.

J	Jessica Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today on 14th March at 9 pm and the hostess told us that they are closing in 15 minutes. They told us we have to ordering and eating in 15 minutes. As per the schedule it says 10pm close. So I don't understand why the hostess would say that to us. I will call head office and inform them about this. Just want to ensure that management knows about this.

The food was okay and we had to wait a while to get the food, but the thing is, is that they forgot my dads food and by the time we were all finished eating he was just getting his. My family had to leave right away because it was our daughters nap time so we couldn't stick around for him to finish. They took his meal off the bill, but it still sucked that it happened. I'm hoping next time we go we'll have a better experience and I can change my review.

We chose the bar section and was told to seat ourselves since there were only two tables taken with other guests. The section was practically empty with two waitresses behind the bar. Both were informed that we needed to be served however they both chose to ignore us for 20 minutes. What was supposed to be an enjoyable event, ended up being one of the worse experience. This location now suffered the loss of approximately $3k of annual visitation. After 2 plus years of lock down, and the expectation of a warm welcome to rebuild business, these 2 waitresses clearly couldn't care less about the success of this location.
N	N A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice dinner with friends, there is some special on this month where kids under 10 eat for free. We had the tacos, chicken club, salmon, some pizzas. Prices have give up but that’s everywhere but the portion sizes were really good here. We all left full. The dining room was full when we got there but we ate comfortable in the bar area. A lot of screens for catching the hockey games.
