J	Jamie MacNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frozen Pizza is Better then Boston Pizza... Always raw in the middle and over cooked on the bottom . It's not just this location that's a huge disappointed when it comes to their pizza. Are your pizzas Frozen?
M	Michelle Armstrong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not the fact the band era bread I ordered to be part of my meal came as an appetizer, it’s not the fact it was over cooked, it’s not the fact it took a long time to be served when it was 4:25 when we got here and not many patrons, but the fact when the female manager brought the bandera bread, 2 families both ordered and one was to be with the meal, she was rude and snippy right away without even listening first time why I was surprised 2 showed up at the table. Not impressed with how this was the same service as last time but from a young teenage boy who was not only rude to customers but also rude to fellow female servers. Not impressed with this restaurant anymore. Probably my last visit.
A	Alexandar Stanyar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I wouldn't take the time to review something but honestly I was kinda stunned I've been to bp a fair amount of times but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. my s/o had to share a menu which made it hard to pick drinks n food manly because by the time we hung are kids coats up they were asking for are drink order, maybe been sitting 2mins after scrambling to send off the drink order I then let me s/o have the menu while I use my phone to look up the menu online huge annoyance, then we sent are order off. Restaurants wasn't full and they sick us by the kitchen witch was so loud my s/o had a hard time talking but the icing on the cake was the kids food was forgotten so out of respect to my kids we sat thier waiting for are kids food before eating ours but that ment are food was cold. Honestly I have no interest in returning we are treated better at other restaurants an will be returning to them instead of BP from now on.
B	Bryan Aguiar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server was very good at his job; however didn't seem to care about concern brought forth and take it to manager though it seemed they wouldn't care anyways.Very upset as I feel mislead on the following: provided with menus and such with certain pricing so based my selections off that and learnt once billed that I was overcharged huge. Unfortunately didn't want to make stink to server but no resolve provided; charged for something and then got it refunded in cash vs back on card without the tax. This is too bad but be cautious. Signage outside still with offer dating back to March.
M	Mavis F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible in all aspects! Food was garbage and cold, and service was unhelpful and slow! My Alfredo pasta was swimming in some watery cold cream that tasted disgusting, and the chicken parm just looked sad and was undercooked (see pics). Salad was made with wilted and old lettuce. Portions were huge though, although who wants to eat lots of bad food?! Hostess had no clue what time the restaurant she worked at closed, and kept giving us wrong information. Ended up tossing everything out because it just wasn’t edible. If you come for drinks, might be ok but don’t eat here.

It was extremely hot out and after the server brought our drinks she then brought over refills of iced tea, ginger ale and water in pitchers without being asked. I thought that was a very nice thing to do. An example of a great server anticipating their guests needs. Great job.
D	Daniel Capuano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best nights out that our family has had in awhile. Post pandemic dining has been a real let down - These guys managed to subvert our expectations! Hot food, good music, great service... Couldn't have asked for more, on a busy night at that. Shout out to our server, Katelyn H - Well done!
