Not much choices on phone holder for vehicles was in there for about 10 min fews staff by counter talking to each other but no one come over see if I need help I just went out and go to canadian tire as soon I was by the phone holder staff come over ask if I need help will not go back to staple unless I can found it elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the service. No rating warranted for this issue. I purchased an iPad on line. The Apple Pencil was ordered at the same time. After researching, I realized I had not ordered the correct iPad. When the order was complete and it was available for pick up, I contacted the store and instructed them to return the items and I would order the correct ones. I did not attend the store for the return. The pencil was credited on my form of payment immediately, while I was on the phone (text msg alert). I was told the iPad would be reimbursed but no message came through saying credited. I have visited the store on 3 separate occasions, including when I picked up the newly ordered iPad. The clerk, the same one who processed the return, said it can take up to 10 days!!! What? The one item returned, the credit was immediate. I was instructed to call the service line. I call there, they tell me it’s been credited to my credit card. I have proof it has not been. I’m told if no credit on my card by the end of the day, go back to the store. This is not service. This is theft.

In-store customer service was helpful with selecting a printer which I needed before the 16th of Dec. Ordered it on Sunday in-store to pick up on Wed Dec 15th. On that day they tell me that their warehouse sent a monitor instead of the printer and instead of solving the issue by rushing another printer, which I already paid for, they tell me that they can't do anything and that I would have to re-order the printer. Very disappointed that they couldn't provide proper support for an issue that their warehouse caused. I will now have to go somewhere else to get the printer because I needed it soon. In the future, I will have to be more selective in what I purchase from Staples should I have to buy anything from there again.

Dropped off my laptop with a cracked screen to be repaired. It has been two weeks since I dropped it off, and the only information I can get about the status of the repair is β€˜running diagnostics’. I called the tech centre who told me to call the store, who then told me to call the tech centre. Had I known it would have taken two weeks to repair my laptop, I would never have brought it here - I am a business owner and 2 weeks is unacceptable. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get equipment fixed!!

The employees here are superb, the store itself is typical for a Staples although since it's a smaller location don't expect them to have everything. But the staff more then make up for that with good advice and in general just very nice.

Tyson was the most helpful customer service representative I've encountered in over a decade. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed and double-checked to make sure the information he had was up to date, which ended up saving me a massive headache. If I knew how to directly contact his manager, I'd recommend that he be considered for a raise or promotion because he truly is an incredible employee. I've been dealing with about half a dozen different Staples locations over the past few weeks and most employees were apathetic at best - Tyson was the only employee who made me want to continue using Staples. I hope you're valuing him appropriately because his customer service skills completely blow his peers out of the water.
