Boston Pizza - Brandon

The food wasn't good which really upset me because its it's normally great, the pop tasted gross and waited 25min for our drinks and our order wasn't even taken until then.

Superb meal..I love everything we ordered..Not crowded and the employees are accommodating.

My fiancé and I chose to come to this location for our friends 20th birthday. We were greeted by Michelle.S who ended up being our server as well. She immediately assumed we were there ONLY for liquor and made us all feel judged and embarrassed, even though we were coming for appetizers too. The whole experience in itself was HORRIBLE! Only good thing was the food but only when you weren’t being judged, Michelle proceeded to question my friend on why she wouldn’t eat the onions on her meal, How is that ANY of her business in general? Later in the experience when I boxed up my meal I chose to leave the celery sticks out and on my plate when Michelle saw this she pointed her finger down at them and back at my box and waited till I boxed them up as well and commented “thats better!”. She has no right to be telling me how to take what I WANT home or not. Never mind feeling judged on being picky eaters she was VERY passive aggressive the WHOLE time serving us and made us all feel uncomfortable and just plain disrespected. Michelle also ended up bring hearts to the table and saying “I know you’re just going to get some of these, RIGHT?” without telling us they cost extra, don’t get me wrong I’m not upset about $2 but the fact that she made sure we knew she didn’t like what we wrote on them and how we’re very unoriginal and I quote she said “really none of you draw?!? Well piss on you guys then!” . Now that’s something I would definitely not say to a table even as a joke. Come the end of the whole experience when it’s time to pay, she brings the bills and gets my debit machine ready and proceeds to hand it to me and i say to her “sorry just need to get my debit out of bag on the side of the table” and her immediate response was “well come on girl you NEED to be more prepared that’s just not right” I was left speechless and just did an uncomfortably nervous laugh and paid my bill. Definitely will NOT come back to this location ever again and feel very sad for anyone else that has to get Michelle.S as a server.

I dont know what happened to the size of the Boston Brute, But change the name to "When I grow up, I want to be a Boston Brute." This review is not limited to just this lication because by talking to friends it is happenning alot BP locations. Will not be back, friends agree with me. Do NOT reduce portions to save a few bucks,because you lose in the end. Will not be back

Went for supper. It wasn't very busy. The service was great, the food came quickly and tasted like you'd expect from BP.

Lousy overpriced pizza, dense tasteless dough and just flavorless toppings all together ($34 medium Mediterranean). Definitely over rated. First time and last time buying pizza here. Pizza hotline is better by far

terrible service! friends i haven’t seen in months came down to surprise me, the man at the front took my vax code and my student ID and my health card as my license has not come in the mail. As we got in the lounge the lady came over and didn’t even say hello, she bluntly said “ID’s pls” so she was very rude from the start. I provided many forms of government ID as my birth certificate, my health card, and picture of my ID as well as my University Student card, and they all clearly have my name on them and everything said i was well into my 20’s. she very rudely said we had to go to the restaurant side. as we got to the restaurant side my friends ordered their drinks, then we’re told we HAD to order food in order to get our drinks even tho we only came here for the drinks. we were treated very poorly and don’t recommend coming.

Horrible service and experience overall, I am not from here and was first left waiting in the doorway to be seated (keep in mind the restaurant/lounge is basically empty). Once we were finally seated at the lounge the hostess was extremely rude and would not except my friends passport, and several other IDs as she just renewed her license. We then had to move over to the restaurant side and were treated horribly by the staff and felt as though we were trying to sneak in even though we are all well into our 20’s. Once in the restaurant side we were told we HAD to purchase food in that side, which I have never experienced at any other restaurant. Over all do not recommend this branch, terrible staff and service. Extremely rude.
