The most important part of a great agency for me is communication and the great staff at Boss have always been available. At 7am helping this lost woman find my set or late at night getting the call times out, they have never let me down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off they have a spelling error.on their website which indicates there isn't any.attention to detail. Then i was to go get Covid testing across town two days prior to the shoot. They told me to go to the CMPP ( no explanation of what the anacronym stood for, and no address ) i drive 50 minutes to that location and get to.the testing site and the testers there
have no record of my name or the four others who arrived at the same time
It is only then that I receive an email saying that I was no longer needed for casting. Which translates to the they
over booked.
At the very lesst, since I had called in to find out where I was to go, they could have used the telephone to all me, respecting my time, and been professional aggrandizing the situation.
Final note, its it their job to.promote their talent and get you noticed. They make their money off your booking. They make their money for the time you work. Why would you have to upgrade your resume and profile and be asked to pay for something they should be doing anyway. It's a money grab for lazy promoters.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Any negative reviews are in the past as they keep stepping up their game, they now have excellent agents for background and principal. I highly recommend them!
They try to keep a quality roster, something that can reflect on us as a performer. Good representation matters.
With solid communication from the agents especially Laura who gets back to me immediately whenever I have a inquiry that needs to be handled.
Sonya has been very personable and good with payroll as they do pay out timely and direct deposit every week as cheques come in for my bookings.
As I get booked frequently and keep fairly busy I expect a lot from my agency and they have raised to that challenge so far!
