Jesse is truly the most humble (no pun) trainer I worked with. He has elevated my knowledge of workouts a great deal. He is very fun to chat with in between workouts and motivates you just enough to keep you on track. He is my go to guy whenever I want private sessions. Oh and he's a damn good cook so he knows his nutrition!

Jesse is a fantastic personal trainer. He keeps you motivated for each session, encourages to reach your goals, teaches you safe training techniques, and gets you the results you want. Can’t recommend him enough - just don’t steal my time slot.

Jesse is excellent at making sure you are the core focus of your training. He is versatile with fitness techniques, making sure that you are comfortable with the movements you are doing while learning how/when to push you further. He is keenly attuned to my needs (comfort, injuries, goals, schedule) and makes sure that my workout is always advancing my chosen fitness goal. He is unflappably positive, realistic in his responses, and constantly encouraging of where you are in your fitness journey. Comfortable from day one with him in a foreign gym doing exercises that were unfamiliar to me. Total testament to Jesse's style and commitment to personal training.

I've been training with Jesse for two years now and can't imagine working with someone else. He's so positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I've made so much progress, even through injuries, and have learned so much. He's just amazing. If you want a personal trainer who will not only get you in shape, but teach you how to properly care for your body, he's your guy.

I've been seeing Jesse consistently for over 2 years and I've been very happy. I started seeing Jesse to both address some knee issues I was experiencing and to improve my strength for rock climbing. Jesse has helped me increase my range of motion, taught me how to stretch & roll properly to avoid injury, helped me strengthen stabilizing muscles, and I've seen big improvements overall in my rock climbing, strength, and body composition. He has a great attitude, great knowledge, and is very fun to train with. Highly recommended!

Jesse is one of those rare find trainers who helps you change your life for the absolute betterment. He listens, he watches, he tests and he challenges. My workouts have been the best, most effective fitness sessions yet and it constantly improving with time. I've been training with him for almost two years and hope to train with him for many more! Highly recommended!

The best trainer!! I dropped almost 20 lbs body fat and added a bunch of muscle to change my overall physique with Jesse's guidance. I'm very busy running my companies, so my time towards fitness is limited but still, my end result was important. Jesse made very efficient use of the time and showed how I could easily make reasonable changes to my lifestyle habits that helped me reach my goal. Without having to change my life upside down to reach my goal, his concept of training and nutrition was easy to buy into and make me feel like an average guy that didn't have to live and breathe fitness, yet actually have that great physique result. Jesse is highly recommended.

I worked with Jesse for a 12 week program and lost 30lbs whilst gaining definition! He thaught me a lot about nutrition and helped me out where I could make some small changes to help with the overall journey. His workouts were tailored to my goals and feedback and again I learned new exercises and proper techniques for some I already did. He was there the entire way and we still chat even though I’m not working directly with him now but just participating in his Facebook group(which is also quite informative with accountability/live workouts/and Q/A with Jesse) …basically I’m very happy I decided to sign up for him and likely I’ll work with him again in the future!
