Not impressed. Also the people on the phone don't seem to have any idea what they are doing.... Not happy at all.

Their website is pretty great so you can enjoy listing after your next equipment upgrade. I made a sizeable purchase from them when I upgraded to kegging my home brew. After some issues with some used kegs, they handled it without question or challenge. Since they are a pretty large operation, this store has got most stuff in stock, they can get it or if they can't, it's probably not likely you'll get it elsewhere. I don't even mind driving to Burnaby from Vancouver, which can always be a bone of contention in the lower mainland having to compete with traffic. The lovely lady at the front desk was friendly, super helpful and exudes all the qualities of excellent customer service you'd hope to receive in any transaction! You can't go wrong making a trip out to Bosagrape!

Could make good wine out of juice but I would probably go and buy from liquor store in the future because it is too much hassle to make my own wine and it does not worth the trouble for saving a buck per litre. Bosa should think about being competitive if they want to keep their customers.

I could not enter the store because of covid, but they have a table blocking the inner entrance way where you can speak to an associate if you have not placed an online order. I phoned in my order close to closing, and they filled it right away. I could see literature on all types of brewing and wine making. Great place to start if interested in brewing, wine, mead, kombucha, and more. Check out their website or give them a call.

I’ve made the mistake of ordering on Amazon before coming here, I find Amazon disappoints when creating, sometimes you need to see (in person) what your buying to make sure it’s right. Definitely worth the trip and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I truly enjoy every visit. From bungs to bottling and every in between - if it’s good it’s in stock here.
