★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse & I parked our transport here last night. We get up. I walked in to get us coffees.. I started to prepare our coffees to find out that they don't supply milk.. I was told I had to purchase milk for my coffees.
Neither of us drink cream in our coffees.
Co op really needs to reconsider this situation. I dumped both our coffees and left. Way to go Co op.. I don't ever remember a time where I have ever wasted coffee.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had stopped here for fuel and pre-authorised $100 dollars 9n the fuel pump and only used $88. When we checked our statement to check the pump had pre-authorised $100 twice.
So beware when using self serve if you are close on your card.
Very frustrating.

Perhaps someone should introduce them to Federated Co-ops online videos to help them with how to best serve the customer.
A friendly greeting and smile cost nothing but sure go a long way to making people want to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They would not take a charger for a car back yet I purchased ? it there. Over a $100.00. I said just make it work I'm ok with that. The new charger I purchased from them I used for the first time and they said it was not theirs. One of the men behind the desk said he recognized me. There was nothing I could do.
