Once that is done she won't ans any emails or voicemails. She will set a deadline for work n will never finish on tym. she doesnt hv the basic decency to say sorry when she is a month late on a task. She put me n my family thru so much stress .

I came to her with an absolute mess of a file where I had gotten less than competent advice and had been dragging on for years. Mary is knowledgeable, competent and above all compassionate. Information and advise are central to the role a good lawyer plays throughout the process. Now that a statement of claim has been filed my questions about representation, out of court settlement and loss categories remain unanswered after more than two weeks and multiple prompts. The lawyer handling my statement of claim is a partner in the firm. I wonder if other law firms would be more responsive to a $900K claim... Update #1 The day after I post this review I get simple answers to the questions I submitted 17 days ago.
