Thieves! That's what they are. I was charged 125. 32$ for a program I did not want. My friend called the support team for me. I received an email saying that I was going to be reimbursed and my subscription would be cancelled. It was canceled fortunately. The email said that I was going to get my money back from 3-5 business days. That was June 30th. It's August 9th and I did not receive my money back. My friend tried to contact the support department again and the tech who said I was going to be reimbursed and did not receive any answers. That was two weeks ago. This is unacceptable. You are thieves.

This is the worst service, operating System (Windows 10) and company imaginable! For 12 days I made about 55 calls (mostly to Philippines & India who place you in a queue and then hang up), waited on hold for over 40 hours to get two level one support who could not fix the issue and one Tier 2 support who basically made it worse. If there was any justice (and not a monopoly) this company should be out of business. It would be nice one day to see an alternate OS and see everyone leave this sinking ship.

Terrible service! I do not recommend this company for individuals or small businesses. Unable to deliver service in a comprehensive and timely manner. The Data Protection Team always promise to return your call but never do even after numerous attempts by myself to reach out to them. Many front line employees barely speak English. Extremely disappointed!

Currently on my 5th Microsoft Surface Book 2. Placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - No response from Microsoft BBB Complaint Case# 142101 All issues with the Surface Book 2 were verified by Microsoft Techs before replacement. One replacement arrived DOA Display Issues Bluetooth/Wireless issues One return was lost at their facility for 1.5 weeks Keep getting we are going to charge you phone calls and emails for a Surface Book they have already received. After confirmation that they have the device. Person who identified themselves as a manager, turned out not to be a manager Microsoft representative constantly contradicts himself, yes I agree to do this no I can't do this Refusal or inability to escalate to a manager Long time user and supporter of Microsoft (I waited in line when Windows 95 was released), I mistakenly thought that their surface would reflect the premium product they sold. After taking account for the hardships companies are facing during the global pandemic, I mistakenly thought that Microsoft's honesty and integrity would still be in place. I hope this serves as a warning to others, great tools if they work. If not be prepared to spend days, weeks, months trying to resolve.

Worst company ever. It’s next to impossible to work with. Tried to remove my credit card from my son’s account. Won’t do it unless you enter another credit card. They’ve got you by the short hairs. And most recent disaster, in trying to remove my email from my son’s Xbox account (his email is also on the account so I wanted mine off) they DELETED my email account COMPLETELY! Called and was told it could be reinstated as long as I made the request within 30 days of deleting it - and the request had to be made by a form that I had to google, as it is nowhere to be found on the Microsoft site. I made the request and called five days later to follow up & was told too bad it’s gone. They are HORRIBLE to deal with. If I could, they’d get zero stars.

They have no number for support. My accounts keep asking me for a pass code they'll send to my number but they send none. I've also scoured the internet for a support number but it seems they have none you can contact when your account is down.

Never ever ordering from Microsoft again. It was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. 1- Received defective accessories for my surface pro and they offered to exchange them which is fine, but they wanted to charge shipping fees again !? Why would I pay extra shipping because THEY sent me something that isn't working properly? So I decided to request a refund and buy it on Amazon. Same item, cheaper and free shipping. 2- Guess what? 2 out of the 3 items I returned got lost. I had to call them multiple times a week to follow-up and get my money back, spent hours on the phone with them repeating my situation over and over. It took 3 months before I get credited for one item and it looks like I will never get refunded for the second item as THEY LOST TRACK OF IT !? 3- I've been thrown left to right between Microsoft, UPS and the drop off location where I returned the defective Surface Pen for almost 5 months now. It seems like it's no one's fault but that they cannot locate the item but guess who's gonna be penalized for this!? Never again I want to make business with the company, they had me waste my time, my money and my patience. You can get much better service from Amazon and prices are more affordable too. I do not recommend this company to anyone. First and last experience for me.
