I was told that they would transfer my parking pass to car for the winter month but they rejected my request and told me to put my name on a waiting list. Now I have to park in the street all winter. Very unrespectful from Impark, untrustful company , that is what happen when you own most of the parking land, you can afford not to respect your clients.
