He opens and closes business as people are bringing him to court. He fraud people with his Italian friend (apparently project manager) John Falbo. There is 2 names to remember and to stay away from : Capital excavating and Castlestone development 2 liars, fraudster and thief. You don’t need that in your life, I promise.

After you agree on a price, he will send you a crazy invoice (with some stupid extras) and threaten you to lien your project if you don't pay! His problems (trucks always broke) are all your fault! Even the guys from City infrastructure know this guy. He has a really really bad reputation. Avoid at all cost!
