Very fishy phonecalls about hiring. Want a ton of information about you but refuse to even tell you what position you are being interviewed for.

I've been working here for almost 2 years now . Honestly I had no sales experience before working here . It was a huge learning curve for me at the start as I wasn't used to talking to strangers , let alone trying to sell solutions to customers . So I wasn't to keen to step outside my comfort zone. I stuck with it though through the struggles and highs with the support & direction of the leadership team . I learned self-discipline , entrepreneurship skills , communication skills , life skills , perseverance, and a whole host of things I could go on all day about , but most of all I learned about myself . My vision for myself , who I wanted to impact , and my why . The foundational skills & mindset you can learn simply by learning how to sell & communicate to people are invaluable assets that you can take with you anywhere to any industry . So whether your looking for a career for the long haul , or something to tide you over to your next job . I highly suggest giving this place a shot . As long as you have a willingness to learn , you work hard , & you have a great attitude . You'lll do well here . So send in your application , or don't . Its your choice .

I Have worked at this business for over a year now and it has changed my life. I was once a very shy, insecure and stressed individual, but after working here it has taught me to grow into a confident, inspired and happy individual. Through self growth and development I realized how to continually better myself everyday. It's hard not to feel blessed and happy when you're appreciated & excited about opportunities you never dreamt possible before.

My biggest takeaway from Boost Biz Solutions, is that it’s the perfect place to begin your sales career! The detailed training is incredibly helpful, that can actually be used in so many other aspects of one’s journey! The culture is also something to appreciate, because everyone seems to come from a different walk of life, making everyone feel safe, secured, and welcomed!

Only accept this job if you have living funds for the next month. Pay is at 600 standard for 48 hours of work. They say if your commission exceeds that, you get the commission instead, problem is, only few items bring in decent commission. It is unpaid training, and they essentially want you working your first week for free, as if making 12.50 before taxes isn't bad enough. This is a huge scam, please no one waste your time with them. You will regret it. In response: They sent two training times. Monday at 10, and Tuesday at 11. It is true I mixed those up. In response they told me I then had to wait another week for the next Monday training day. In response I told them I would have to look for other work during that time as no one can live without an income for that long. They responded with understanding, saying just to let them know if I do find other work before the date. They then confirmed two days before the new training date if I would be in attendance. I replied yes I would, they sent over a script to learn. Fast forward to today, I was pulled into the bathroom at 10. Got back to my laptop at 10:06. I then emailed the trainer for the company Boost business worked for. Explaining I was pulled to the bathroom, and asked if it is alright to join the link still, at exactly 10:07. I then emailed the person who had delayed my training by a week the same thing. The trainer emailed back at 11:19 saying "Yes!", over an hour later. Showing that training did not need to be delayed by so long. I immediately emailed Boost business solutions my departure from there company. As for pay, which they outright lied about in response. Monday and Tuesday are unpaid training video calls. Wednesday-Saturday your out working with them. 12-830. You only get a guaranteed 600 pay cheque if you are in the field Monday-Friday. Meaning the first week you don't get that. Now on a normal week that 48 hours worked, and if you only get the guarantee which seems very likely, that's 12.50 an hour, before taxes. Maybe instead of attacking those speaking out, try seeing which ways you can improve.
