★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this site!! Has been the BEST choice to make very customizable sites, or just let AIDA make one for you. You can make multiple sites as well! Not just one or even ten. Support is very helpful and responsive! Would def recommend to others, but dont take my word for it, bc hey there is a free account if you want to try it out first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We transferred our domain (bluemorphowellness.com), from Square Space to Bookmark, to accommodate MONERIS. The transfer become somewhat cumbersome for our company to complete; due to our short comings and lack of technical knowledge.
I began our digital mystery tour by contacting BOOKMARK seeking advice as to how we may accomplish our goal(s).
We corresponded via email and dealt with a female representative by the name of MAUREEN DOWNS who was ABSOLUTELY spectacular.
She literally took us by the hand and guided us through uncharted waters with the patience of a saint. We took a journey of 5 weeks of ups and downs due to our lack of knowledge and understanding of the digital world. She was AMAZING with her guidance and knowledge, and at all times demonstrated an extremely professional attitude with her all encompassing insight. Her assistance was and is a testimony to her professionalism and the manner in which she allayed our fears with her numerous exchanges.
I must state she made our dealings with BOOKMARK, and in particular MAUREEN DOWNS a most pleasant and fruitful journey.
She is most certainly a major asset to your team, and possesses great insight into what customer service should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Bookmark to host our website for a few years and are throughly pleased with the platform and their support. The few times we have needed to contact support it has been helpful to have them in the same timezone, as they are located in Toronto.
The platform is easy to learn and maintain. Our clients often compliment us on our eCommerce site. They tell us it is easy to navigate and offers an accurate representation of our men's clothing lines.
We used other web hosts and eCommerce platforms prior to Bookmark, but based on our positive experience with Bookmark, we would never consider going back. We love using Bookmark and we look forward to seeing how they will continue to develop the platform to ensure we succeed now and in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To design an e-commerce website with a Bookmark AI tool AiDA was an enjoyable creative process. We wanted to set up a platform where our customers could purchase products with a couple of clicks. Bookmark helped us to reach this goal. We built a business website with an elegant and modern layout. It was possible to preview the website for three types of electronic devices - desktop, tablet and mobile.
We integrated our new website with a payment solution smoothly. Now we can securely accept and process payments from our website directly. Bookmark website features allowed attaching an invoice to order confirmation messages. We did not need to worry about tax calculations as Bookmark settings offered an automatic tax charge based on country and regional tax regulations.
Finally, Bookmark's customer service was exceptional. Every time I had a question, Bookmark staff answered it and provided links to the "step-by-step" instructions if needed within one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I began with bookmark it’s been amazing customer service and help. Making a website with no experience has been pretty straightforward and easy. I even left bookmark for a few months to make a website with Mailchimp than quickly returned, when I realized the value, professionalism and ease platform was unique to many other website providers. I also love that Bookmark is a Canadian made company.

If I am any sort of manager working for Bookmark I would definitely make sure to keep this lass happy and content. Perhaps a cookie and a gift card to her favourite restaurant?
