★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a professional opinion on some heat loss issues at one of our rental properties. Tenant was cold despite having warrantied doors and windows (modern and fairly new). We booked an inspection online and Arthur’s team was quick to diagnose. The next day Arthur arrived with thermal imaging tools and shared his findings on site. The builder cut corners and didn’t insulate/spray foam the door, or the bedroom windows. A quick fix - and an even quicker service. Very impressed with the online experience. I’ll be working with Arthur on all future inspections as we grow.

Loved the fact that we were able to book and pay online. Their entire calendar and availability were visible on the website so we got to choose our appointment time knowing it worked with Arthur’s schedule. We received our invoice and even an iCal appointment was set up on my iPhone with reminders; within seconds of booking. The inspection happened on time, and Arthur was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Bookinspecions.ca to anyone needing a home inspection, WETT inspection or septic inspection. 5-Stars!
