★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best bookstore in Ottawa. Their selection is extensive and spans two entire floors, with classics, literature, philosophy and religion on the ground floor, and lots of paperbacks in the basement. I've very rarely gone in looking for something without finding it.
The place is quiet and bright - both ideal conditions for browsing. Staff is always helpful too. On the odd occasion I haven't found what I was looking for, they always offer to check their warehouse and call me. Admittedly, their books can be on the pricey side, but how else are you going to keep a used book store afloat in the age of Amazon?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bookstore to find a large variety of books. I personally came for the mystery section and found exactly what I was hoping for! The individual behind the counter (maybe the owner?) was very kind and helpful. I would definitely come again!
