Requested an order Jun 19. Checked in a month later, was told the order was not started because I did not give information that they did not even ask for. Original order was for 2 windows. I gave Willem the specs for the openings, he sent a quote, I agreed, asked if he needed anything else. He asked me to confirm wall thickness, corner radii, tint on glass, and if dimensions were exact. I confirmed everything and sent the email back. Wait time was 4-6 weeks on the quote. I emailed him on July 4 to check in because it was getting close to shipping I wanted to make sure he had my shipping address. I also wanted a rough window on when it would be finished for my schedule. "Hi Victor, have not started your order yet as need to discuss details. Please call me to do so." I called Willem right away and was told the order was not started because he did not have my shipping address, my credit card information, nor my phone number. I told him I was not asked for that and questioned why he did not just contact me for that information rather than have me find out weeks later. "I did not have your phone number. I don't even have your last name." Apparently, Mr. Willem is not able to request that information via email, similar to how a vampire cannot enter a house without being invited in. I questioned why he did not just email me and ask. "I have other customers, I can't chase everyone for things like that." If only I knew that client info wasn't part of the job as a salesman. Would have made my time in that field so much easier. Excuse after excuse, I gave in and asked if he could at least set my order on priority to salvage the situation. He refused and pushed the delivery date from mid July to late September. Absolutely would never work with this person again. Luckily another company called Sunview Industries in BC was able to help me out and delivered windows by the first week of August. I'm sure Bomon has good products but wow, the customer service experience here was absolute garbage.
