About a few years ago l was working on a project and l needed Stainless Steel Hardware. I've gone to the Lowes just down the street but every time I've gone the hardware l'm looking for is not there and they don't usually have there stock topped up. So l talked to my Boss and he said "Try Bolt Plus that's where l go". So after work l headed over and they had Exactly what I needed and have been going there sense... Bolts Plus has a lot of cool items. The Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offers a welcoming environment which for myself is very important and the reason I keep coming back .I'd like to give my thanks to the staff and Cheers!

They were very friendly and after a few minutes find some that matched close enough. When they finished putting them in i asked how much and they said don't worry about. Above and beyond customer service. Thx
D	Darksyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard about this place for a while but today was the first time going in because I needed a perticular bolt size that not a lot of suppliers carry. When I went in I was surprised to see all the different products and brands they carry and the prices are pretty competitive. The customer service was excellent they even give you complimentary brewed coffee! They were able to find the bolt I was looking for. Turned out it was a really tough size to find because they only had one in the back and it didn't even showed up in their system so I got really lucky! I'll be looking forward to doing business with these guys again in the near future!

Hesitantly he went in and brought out shorter bolts. When I told him I needed longer bolts, he again hesitantly went back in a got longer bolts. It was already obvious this guy did not want to be at work. Once I had paid for them and got my receipt I asked him if I could exchange them in case I needed them to be a bit longer and he got upset and asked me if I was really asking if i could exchange four bolts. I thought it was implied that I would obviously pay for any differences. I don't know if that's a store policy or not but there are better ways of answering customer questions. I am definitely not going back to bolts plus and will find my hardware needs elsewhere from now on.

Everyone there is kind, well-informed and wants to lend a hand to a customer. Wide variety of hardware and tools. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing, they spent 5 minutes explaining the best way to use it and to avoid injury, which really helped. And at the end, they only charged me a dollar! Will definitely come back!
