I booked an appointment looking for some guidance with nutrition and weight loss and the education and ongoing support I have received has been remarkable. I originally hired him to stay accountable with my eating in preparation for a couple of photo shoots.
As we started working together we discovered I had a leaky gut. My digestive system needed a cleanse (more like an overhaul) so Brendan guided my through a comprehensive 45-day candida cleanse.
The experience terrified me at first, however, once I began the protocol, I immediately started feeling better. With the right supplements, meals and coaching, I came out of the cleanse feeling like a new woman.
I continued to work with Brendan for another couple months after my cleanse to prepare for two more shoots.
From start to finish, I lost 20lbs with Brendan and I'm now in maintenance mode. I'm very dialled into my body, more than I've ever been, and I have Brendan to thank for that.
Brendan is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you for your incredible work. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to work so closely with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coached by Brendan on many different occasions using some of his programs ( 30 Day Challenge, 7 Day Detox and 7 Day Summer Sizzler) and found great success. Brendan puts his heart and soul into developing every program and it shows. The way he was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns and make any adjustments to the diet plan to suit my goals throughout the programs made it so incredibly enjoyable and easy to stay on track.
His programs are unlike anyone else's because they are designed for you and the amount of support and guidance he provides throughout is incredible. I would highly recommend working with Brendan to anyone who is looking to make a healthy change in your life, with Brendan in your corner you can't fail!!!!

He has changed my total outlook on eating and digestive system ,he is very very knowledgeable and is hands on,any questions you have he answers and knows his facts. I would recommend Brendan to ANY one who suffers from any stomach or digestive issues it will change your life !

Myself specifically, I had multiple issues with daily headaches, lactose and gluten intolerance and menstruation issues. I have been to other doctors and appointments, been on birth control, taken other pills and nothing has truly worked like Brendan’s 30 day gut reset protocol. Brendan committed to working with me (and my family) everyday for 30 days and constantly was checking in, giving advice and knowledge. He gave recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for us to chose from and stuck by us everyday. I learnt something new everyday from Brendan!
It’s amazing how everything is connected to your gut health. I am now off the birth control pill and am totally ok, I rarely ever get headaches and my cycles have regulated. To this day, Brendan checks on my family and I and gives advice when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished Brendan's 3 day Spring Juice Cleanse and it was amazing. Brendan was awesome to work with. He always made sure to address and answer any questions we had through the whole process. He is a wealth of knowledge and even though the connection was online, it truly felt like he was holding your hand all the way through. My body feels great, so much lighter and my mind feels so much clearer. I will definitely be working with Brendan again in the future and would highly recommend him.
