★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 90% of the cars/trucks park in the No Parking / Fire Truck / Launch zones.
Almost impossible to launch a boat when people park there.
City does not monitor it at all. Over the past two years the parking is getting more and more out of control.
Do not recommend launching here, and if you do, prepare to park down the road at the church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-maintained and easy to launch your boat. Much better with the recent renovation. Assuming people follow the signs where you can and can't park this launch is a good choice. Sometimes decent fishing here aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's probably a decent boat ramp for smaller boats and fishing boats. I would not use this location again for medium sized boats and above. The ramp is too short, too much gravel which doesn't help with the traction and rocks flying everywhere, quite a large bump to get the truck and trailer over to exit onto Bath road. Lastly, it can be busy.
