★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bmw 2018 and it was under warranty and unfortunately because I did not renew even so work scheduled while warranty was on i wasn't aloud to have a curiosity vehicule i would of gave to pay theres place of choice with interprice rent a car $185 per day out of my pocket while my car is being repaired under warranty
I said No as I was abe to tent a car where they have no deals with at interprice in Québec city for $56 a day instead of $185 per day. .
I was really let down for my treatment hurt and because if them I will not purchase an other BMW again , I was also in process to make an exchange for an other vehicle im glad I didn't
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The numbers on my Conditional Sales Agreement do not match the numbers on my Offer to Finance. When I began asking questions, I was dimissed and told everything was fine. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of my transaction, I was told to relax, and that if I was unhappy I could return the car. The dealership was untransparent, rude, dismissive and dishonest. Take your business elsewhere!
I'm sure they will respond saying they sent me everything, and they'll probably suggest that I was rude. Because that's how this transaction has gone. I've asked for information, been told I already received it, and then been told that I was overreacting to being overcharged for my BMW.

Been Mercedes owner for many years, time to make a change. After several calls with many dealers across Quebec, I made up my mind and decided to deal with BMW Ville de Québec. Working with Mael was an absolute pleasure! She is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. Just had two beautiful brand new BMWs delivered to my house. The buying process of my BMWs took about three months. Mael proactively stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Mael if you are considering buying a new BMW. I will go back to her again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I purchased BMW from Quebec location I was dealing with Mr. Julien Dubois I can tell you the customer service I received is beyond excellent Mr. Dubois very professional, knowledgeable about his work he always have an answer to my questions in a timely matter very efficient and professional, the transaction went very smoothly any time I called Mr. Dubois answers my calls I bought the car online from Ottawa I didn’t see it or drive it, the delivery was on time the car arrived as I saw online I am very happy with the purchased and the excellent customer service I received from this location. I will recommend the Quebec location if you are planning on purchasing a BMW I will recommend Mr. Julien Dubois very professional you will love his service.

He replied even on the weekend and came on a vacation day to close the deal as it was my only day available to travel from Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an honest review, I bought a car from this dealership, I have been around and this is by far the most amazing kind group of people I have ever dealt with. and it was not just one or two people. From the manager David to the Sales Rep Harold, Patrick who took care of me the entire time to ensure everything was 100%. Then the friendly chats with the sales team on the floor to the kind receptionist and Parts counter. I mean it's was just unbelievable service. The only sad part is I live far away from this dealership. So I will have to make a yearly trip to Quebec City to service my car there and I will! And for sure I will be back to buy the 2024 m2 in a few years.
