hit and miss with the staff majority were nice where as some were very ignorint non helpful . As a new customer I feel I was treated unfairly when asking for help I was givin attitude and a blank stair when I asked about my account policy . I feel better customer interaction is needed with a few of there staff . bmo over all is a great bank but this location needs some changes

Worst BMO location I have ever been to! The tellers are just an absolute nightmare to deal with. They work as slow as possible and continue to have conversations with regular customers for 5-10 minutes after theyve finished their banking, with a huge line up of people waiting to be served. It's just so important to find out what Karen did on the weekend ?. They dont care at this location and it shows.

Horrific! I took my 8 year old daughter to open her first account. On the Friday I stood in line with two forms of ID and some money from her recent birthday. The clerk at the counter, young woman with attitude states "I don't have anyone here to open accounts today, but if you go home and open it on line then come back tomorrow, someone will be in and will be able to finish it all quickly for you" I replied "OK, because I need to send the ID away for the renewal of my daughters passport" to which she replies "yes this is the quickest way". I return home and try to open a youth account, to find the website clearly states - Kids accounts, please visit your nearest branch! Frustrated but willing to retry, we attend the branch on the Saturday morning. After waiting in line, we step forward to the same young woman with severe attitude issues. I explain, that I was in the day prior and the instructions I was given had been incorrect, I was not able to open the account on line. Ms Attitude snarled that the person who opens the accounts is fully booked for at least the next two weeks! Clarifying what I was being told, she continued to snarl. No apology for the misinformation, no customer service, just a loud "I told you yesterday, nobody could open the account for 2 weeks!" I explained, nope she hadn't done that, otherwise I wouldn't be at the bank at 9.30 am. Sarcastically she replied "Yeah OK"..... honestly never in my life have I ever imagined a bank clerk would could or should behave so appallingly! She is shamefully an embarrassment to BMO and perhaps should look for a career, whereby she perhaps doesn't interact with people, at all. So, my daughter now has her first account open, with National Bank, where she will be treated with dignity and respect! Shame on you BMO/clerk.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but this branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a professional organization. Its literally impossible to contact someone by phone unless you know the name of the person you're trying to contact. Multiple e-mails and voicemails not returned. Information was mishandled resulting in prolonged delays on an application. Deadlines were promised and not met. Products were promised but never delivered. The WORST part about my experience here is the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. No explanation for the poor communication, and no apologies either. If you have a problem, the branch manager would be happy to waste your time discussing semantics with you. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have never had such horrible experiences until having to use this branch. Me and my children have been completely disrespected on every occasion inside this Branch! I don't reccomend ever to anyone!

In an attempt to find the name of the branch manager, I found the whole process discouraging. I left two voicemails which were not replied to. The online process of banking is impersonal & complex. I am considering investing my funds elsewhere.

This bank is an absolute joke. Any questions I have asked they give vague answers with lack of information. Once my issues with this bank are done I will happily be moving to another bank

Every single experience at this bank has been pleasant and professional. The online options are also really good with great security options. I also notice that they have employed Sharron Sutherland as their assistant Manager who is exceptional to say the least. Well done cwood bmo. Peace and Blessings this summer. A.B.Sr.
