I got more answers from an out of service atm than at this bank absolutely horrific.

Wow. So looks like I wasn't the only one who was impressed by the teller, Miran I had to comment on what I witnessed today at the branch. (I briefly saw her name tag while I was at the branch, but couldn't remember her name and found the name from the previous comments). A young girl walked into the branch and was served by Miran. The girl started yelling and screaming soon after she walked in. The girl seemed getting Covid emergency money and hasn't been deposited it into her account yet. She was crying and yelling ,and she needed money right away. Miran was very calm and kind while the girl was very rude and no respect. Soon the girl calmed down when Miran talked to the girl about what she can do. while having hard time from CORONA, what Miran did to someone who desperately needs help make my heart warm. I totally agree with the below fellow who mentioned that the management must acknowledge how lucky the branch is to have Miran.

Worst service! I need some cash and 10.30 pm stopped by to get it from ATM there. It hold my card without any reason. For 10 days , I keep calling and leaving msg! No one answer the phone and even call back to my voice msg! Even now on hold to see if someone answering or not??? I couldn’t load the video of my waiting. Funny thing is that BMO operator became tired after a while and stopped playing music or talking about service they have?

Dear Branch Manager, I wanted to make sure the branch management acknowledged the very pleasant experience I had at your branch. I visited your branch last Saturday for my mother's account statement. Teller, Miran, welcomed me warmly. I told her my mother was in my car and not able to walk and she needed to find out the reason why she is no longer receiving the bank statement. Since I am not the power of attorney or the joint account owner she didn't provide me the answer, however she presented in a professional manner and very kindly. She volunteered to walk to where my car was parked to talk to my mother so she can be served. Before Miran left the bank she asked me a few questions to prepare for my mother's request. She printed a few pieces of paper before walking out the bank. I admired Miran's attitude toward my mother. She was very kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She informed my mother that she had e-statement but had no email address on her profile. My mother decided to add an email address on her profile and learn about online banking as well. Miran was well prepared to answer my mother's questions and also I was confident that BMO protects privacy on customer's information from seeing Miran. The way Miran dealt with my mother's needs made me feel sorry that I am not baking with BMO. If I met Miran before I had a mortgage, investment, and other bank accounts opened at X bank I would definitely be banking with BMO. I definitely recommend BMO and open to opportunity banks with BMO in the future. Finally, I just want to emphasize that the branch is very lucky to have a teller like Miran!.

As a first-time customer, I was greeted with a friendly and smiling face. Her name was Fari. It was a great pleasure to do business there. She helped me to increase my credit limit although it was time-consuming and also she followed up with the process the day after and called me couple of times. Her outstanding courtesy made me feel that I was in the right place to do my business. She helped me much more than I expected, and I appreciate it very much.

I have been a BMO customer since 1978 This is the worst location in all BMO locations in Vancouver BC. I try to pay my Master Card with β€œcash” at the teller, no you cannot pay you balance with β€œcash”! Wow this is shocking! Came across this employee in one of the office inside. They said just do a debit from your other account. That’s what I’m trying not to do since I have only x numbers of withdraw per month. This is so annoying cannot pay my bill with cash! On another incidence I try to withdraw money from the bank machine. Slip came out but no money! Another attempt with paper slip, no money. Try the one next to it finally my funds came out. Never ever has this happen to me in the 40yr using BMO cash machine! Beware of this ☠️branch☠️of the ☠️people☠️ who work here and the cash machine. I now go to the cash machine inside the Shell Gas Stations instead. It has not failed yet.

Incredibly understaffed. I feel bad for the tellers, because they are helpful and kind. But the bank needs to hire more so there isnt a line up almost out the door every time that I come here.

My family have been going to this branch since at least the 70's and the staff have always been nice & helpful. I remember a certain teller giving me lollipops when I was little. However, they don't give me any now that I'm in my late 40's. Sad. One little niggle is that they have a habit of not returning voicemails left on their voicemail system, even though the answering message states they will do so by the end of the day.
