Just like every other review if I could give zero stars this is what this branch would get. I waited 35 mins in the line in the rain only to be shouted at by a very rude teller that she was not going to process my transactions as it was too large. So basically take my business elsewhere. They also provide unsanitary pens for you to use so bring your own as they dont care about your health or business. There are branches still NOT opened, I wonder if they have thought about that. We have sent an email to our HO to have the business moved as we cannot have our employees be subjected to this kind of treatment for giving them business.

Not my personal bank, but i do business banking here and I LOVE the staff. Conroy is such a gentleman and such a sweet person to deal with. Tracey is also amazing, she is an absolute gem! And their security guard is such an awesome guy too! I have zero complaints for this bank :)

Just got off the phone with someone from this branch. I was looking to book an appointment at any branch to speak to somebody about applying for a loan. The agent was not very friendly and did not give full details of what she was talking about until prompted (ex. She said there was availability "at 10," with no details of what day she was referring to). I eventually accomplished what I set out to achieve with the phone call, which is the only reason for 3 stars.

i had a great experience here - i was locked out of my online banking and waited on hold for 3 hours multiple days in a row before reaching out to this branch. i emailed back and forth with the manager, Sheila, who was incredibly helpful in setting me up with an appointment with Marilen! Marilen was very friendly and super helpful, got through to main customer service in less than 20 minutes.

One of the worst banking experience in my life! I was trying to merge my name to my wife's bank account and we were being told it have to be done at the Branch, since she is off at 4:30pm and I'm flying out the next day, this branch seems like our only choice.So we starting calling and try to book appointment since 9:30 am and no one even bother to answer the phone.Then we called BMO's customer service and try to book an appointment through them, even they can't get hold of the branch! But she said the front teller can assist you and should not take long, So we decide to take the chance and see if we can get this done, this front teller definitely the worst teller i ever seen in my life! I explained our situation and ask her if she would please ask the advisor and she simply ask the financial manger and he said no,then she said we have to book an appointment and come back,I won't be able to come back for like 2 months, then we ask her if she can please ask again and we have been calling the branch since the morning like 10+ times and no one answer the phone, then she reply " when we only have 2 people we don't answer the phone" well you know what, it's your god dame job to answer the phone and assist your clients, especially during Covid we have to drive back and forth few times to get this done in branch? I will never ever visit this branch again, and I'm definitely recommend BMO's management team to take some actions on this branch and employees, the branch got 1.8 star google review for some good reasons.

I have had good experiences with the staff at this branch But on pension day very long lines and never more than three tellers open

I called your branch multiple times but nobody answeredΒ my call. I'm extremely frustrated with something that I need to talk in details about. BMO has the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Literally nobody is helpful towards me. This is awful. I've spent over 6 months on this and it's still not resolved. Please getΒ back to me ASAP.
