★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was terrible at this branch. I am the POA of my mother’s account, under the our lawyer’s proof document. But when I was trying to transfer some fund at this branch, I had showed all the legal documents, registration of POA at BMO system, photo IDs etc...... BUT the branch manager ended up freezing my mothers account (and the fund), Plus, add warning to their system of my name......
We solved the problem at different branch, but my mother had to travel there in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had them answer the phone when I call the general branch line, helpful when I have a meeting but I always have to wait several hours to a day for a call back. Also scheduling the meeting is less helpful because, generally, no one is available to meet for about a week.
