β β β β β I had an appt with Lisa at 11:00... she came 20 min later making us wait for nothing ... no one was in the office... She started nicely but the discussion went to a monologue... she would never listen. Always interrupting.
She all of a sudden get up off her chair thanking us for coming . It was just waste of time trying to talk to her. She was so nervous , her hands were shaking constantly her voice was tensed , you would just waste time going to talk to this person.
She has big issues and the management has to do something ASAP if they want ppl to come in.

β β β β β Worst branch ever...has no idea what they are talking about...the cashier Hanna refused to cash my check for no reason , had no manager on site...I am leaving bmo for this experience.. WORST BRANCH EVER!!!!!

β β β β β I opened an account just recently with BMO. They made an attractive on-line offer that you'll get $300 if you open an account with them and complete 2 of the 3 required transactions, you would receive $300 from B.M.O. I completed the direct deposit, and have my car insurance come out direct from my account.
Nowhere on the offer does it state that the $300 will be deposited in August/or 4 months after you've completed the requirements needed. I could really use that money, since unexpected expenses come about, and leave your bank account at an all time low, however $300 would've been a nice bonus and help make up for the expenses lost. If you offer something to people who hold up their end of the bargain, as soon as the requirements are met, they advertiser should relinquish the amount said without delay.

β β β β β Never use this branch as your business or personal banking need. They asked me to wait an hour for print out a bank statement, because I have a online banking account. I told the teller, other branch will do it, and no question asked. I have done that before. At begging I was thinking that teller is new, but when the manager come and gave me the same answer, I knew it is her lack of knowledge cause this. I found another branch and the teller did it for me without asking anything in 1 min. BTW, I have done this twice because I kind of want to see if this branch can improve, and it is the closest BMO branch to me. And it is not.

β β β β β This branch is hit or miss at best... but mostly brutal.
I bank with all four major Canadian financial institution for various reasons. For some reason whenever I bank at this location they always have issues around where my chequeβs come from (I pay myself every month from the same holding company, so thereβs lots of history to reference) and even worse they occasionally claim the amounts as being βsuspectβ.
I would rather not think theyβre incompetent, so Iβm assuming theyβre judging me by my age and appearance. Where other branches never have any issues depositing my chequeβs and making the funds available right away.
Thereβs one gentleman teller who is always amazing.
After you wait their standard 30 minutes in line, make sure to see him or the older lady who always sits to the left.
If you have to deal with Lisa their branch manager, walk out and go to another branch.

β β β β β I love this branch. Friendly, helpful staff and rarely long waits. I've heard the same from so many other customers. Not sure what personal issues a couple of other people may have had to warrant negative reviews. My experience has always been positive. Also, lots of great stores and restaurants at this center.
