Upgrade!!! I spoke to women directly spoke to a Justin directly and another gentlemen who’s name I have at work on my contact name list for Justin just stands out. I provided 2 telephone numbers and I’m not going to do extra running around when having already made arrangements for your lack of communication between your staff. Also I never spoke to the owner for when I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn’t in if your were owner why not step up and say so???? Justin took the massage to be left for manager to call me please don’t make stories up on your response just makes it worse and on top not knowing or pretending to not know the situation shameful. Not looking for nothing as you won’t honour it just like last time. Good luck in the future with kind of behaviour and don’t hide behind skip the dish it’s annoying I called u as soon as it happen and you messed up again on the second was it skip the dish that but bacon on rather then ham to?? Yes good food but I care more about how I’m treated. Better communication between employees would probably help. The lack action by a manager who doesn’t care enough to return a phone call in 3 days and doesn’t honour a gratuity for an error made shouldn’t be a manager. The manager was the one whom suggested the bake goods on my next order as they couldn’t get us the rest of our order that morning. My next order 3 days ago it was 100 dollar for a few of my staff for breakfast and they made mistakes on the meat on top of everything else. 2 errors in a row 1 lie and no call back. I just can’t even extremely disappointed and won’t be going back anytime soon.

Came here with my boyfriend yesterday. We both really enjoyed our meals. Our server was so kind, she gave us a free cinnamon roll because she knew I really wanted to try it. We will definitely come back and try more things from the menu. I'd give more stars if it was possible!

What an absolutely lovely and charming restaurant and bakery! We got some takeout treats on our way between other destinations and were quite delighted with them. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, a lovely pick me up interaction as well as some comfort food. Highly recommend grabbing some of their two-go treats if you're in the neighborhood Even if you don't have that time/inclination to dine in.

Tried harissa burger and mortadella provolone sandwich. Both very tasty and fresh. You can tell they take pride in the food.

Very nice visit. They are careful about the covid protocols and plexiglass dividers further divide the eating area so we felt safe eating there. The cafe is an adjunct to an Italian restaurant, but I did not check it out. The experience with the Cafe has made me interested in coming back some evening for a dinner, if the opportunity presents. An interesting mix of vegetarian style, with meat sides, and lots of fresh baking make the menu very enticing. They seem to be boosting business with a selection of baking and some cafty style goods as well. I tried their home made lamb sausage and was quite happy with the result. My wife tried an egg breakfast dish and was also suitably impressed. The place seems very popular, there was a 10 minute wait when we arrived about 10:00 am, and it never seemed to get much smaller. I saw at least one couple leave when they saw several people already in line when they arrived. It might be an idea to see if the cafe can take reservations. Anyway, left feeling well fed and contented, relatively safe from possible infection and happy with the visit

Very busy on Sunday morning! But they keep the tables moving so we were seated quickly. The menu is so fresh and vibrant! Our server was a total sweetheart and handled the busy room with grace. I can't wait to try more things off the menu!

We had a very pleasurable brunch experience at Bluestone Cottage. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The coffee was very nice, with free refills to boot. To go, we ordered a blueberry scone, which so far has been my favorite in the city. The server was very personable and humored us and our many questions! Highly recommend this place.

How is it that i have not been to this establishment before? What a great place! Very cozy, warm (figuratively), welcoming, comfortable and well priced! The service was amazing! Our servwr was very busy taking care of other guests, but took the time to make us feel very comfortable! The portions seemed smaller than we had expected, but it was just the right amount. They not only have a great restaurant/diner, there is a corner of the dining area designated as a gift shop. We bought a few items and could easily have purchased many more.
