Bluenotes has been a proudly Canadian company since 1942 (the original store was called Thrifty’s at the corner of Queen & Church St in Toronto). From day one, our roots have been firmly planted in denim. Aéropostale x Bluenotes
We are thrilled to reveal a new collaboration between Aéropostale x Bluenotes with the first collection set to drop in 75 Bluenotes “shop in shop” stores including online. Future plans include an expansion of 20-30 freestanding new concept Aéropostale stores in Canada from the East to West Coast in 2020!
Bluenotes is the exclusive license partner of Aéropostale in Canada. Our merchandise is designed in Canada in partnership of Aéropostale USA making it an exclusive collection to the Canadian stores. We are now excited to offer TWICE the assortment of denim in our Bluenotes stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was greeted almost instantly by a lovely young lady who helped me with my jean sizes. When i got to the till the gentleman who rung me through was super nice and asking me about my day, even made me laugh. All around a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually am not one to leave a review or go out of my way... but the past few times I have been in the Medicine Hat mall and went to Bluenotes I have been blown away by the staff and not in a good way. I have never got greeted and half the time walk out without anything being said to me. Today I walked in while the worker was at the till with her back to the front they never saw me come in at all. I got my things and had to walk to the back to ask her for a fitting room. Not once did i get asked how things were fitting nothing. I then found what I liked went to the till while the worker was at the front doing something.. I stood at the till with my son and waited about five minutes once the worker saw they came back but I ended up leaving. I did come back as it was all I found that I had liked that day but the past few times being in Bluenotes as far as it goes customer service I have been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped here quite a bit. Staff are usually pretty good. Clothes are a bit pricey regular price but generally always on sale one way or another. My daughter likes the clothes here so generally I can find a gift for her when I visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with the manager today. My husband bought a pair shorts the sign said 50 percent off. When he came out of the store I asked him what the price was and he said $10. Yes it's only $10 but when clearly there is a sign saying 50 percent off whether expired or not you honor that price and take the old sign down. Well she didn't and argued with tried to make feel terrible when clearly I was right and she was wrong. She then went on to tell me that she kindly asks me not to come back to the store. I'm fine with that I will definitely not be going back to that store. I will take my business elsewhere where I am treated properly as a customer and by the store employee's. She should not be any kind of manager in my opinion. Very terrible experience.

She attacked me over business that was not to be talked about anymore or at a store when I'm shopping there and than made me cry and leave the store because her and another employee were being very disrespect. The girl that was taking to me at the store is the manager Sammy. She doesn't deserve to have a job if she can't be professional and accusing me of things that didn't even happen and telling my friend my business and than later on screamed at me down the mall attacking me more verbally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Very racist manager and assistant manager. They don't deserve the job.
The manager lady is too rude to customers and the supervisor boy too . Other employees are good. But had very bad experience with my friends.
We had heard many other complaints about the manager but still went to the store because of great deals but we will not go again. Respect is more important than deals.
