★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. We just hired PAUL and his company Blue Owl Inspections to do an inspection on a three-story property. We found him to be very professional and highly skilled at what he does. Sharp at 9 AM he showed up at the address and was not even a minute late; this by itself speaks of a person‘s character and his dedication to both his job and his clients. He was very focused, and spent several hours at the subject property, inspecting every little corners and pointing out every little details that were part of the pre-purchase property inspection routine. During the inspection he was patiently checking everything and would explain to me the issues even so minor with the property. His report is very detailed with lots and lots of pictures which is exactly what the potential buyer would like to see. We are very pleased with his performance, attitude, and professionalism. We’re so happy for acquiring his services, and in feature, if we decide to purchase a property, or had any friends or family members searching for a good five star inspector, Paul definitely would be at the prime and only choice. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul did an inspection for me on a townhouse I had purchased. He was very thorough. Checked everything and made sure everything was in good working order. He checked all appliances even the fireplace. He did a much better job than the last inspector I had. He explained everything to me. He was very professional. And very reasonably priced. Would definitely use him again.

As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Paul welcomed me to inspect alongside him and he talked me through what he was finding. It was really educational. The report he delivered was thorough and clear, and was provided very soon after the inspection was complete.
