★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon gym de boxe. La salle est grande et les abonnés sont sympas. Le coach est motivant et l'atmosphère est agréable. C'est possible de faire juste l'entraînement physique sans les combats si votre objectif est simplement une remise en forme.
C'est possible de couper à travers le chemin de fer si vous voulez sauvez du temps et que vous arrivez de la station de métro Outremont.
 Very good boxing gym. The room is large and the subscribers are nice. The coach is motivating and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's possible to just do the physical training without the fights if your goal is just getting back into shape.
It is possible to cut across the railway if you want to save time and that you are arriving from the Outremont metro station.
