Blü Ivory Bridal

This was my first store for trying wedding dress and I'm more than happy with the experience. It definitely set the bar very high for the rest of the stores I visited in terms of service. The store is gorgeous, had a great selection of dresses and the fitting room has this great curtain system which I found very convenient. Lauren was my consultant and she was AWESOME! She gave me a lot of advice and even recommended me other dresses to try on. She engaged in conversation with me and my family and adjusted the dresses in such a way that all of them look great. First Impressions: absolutely beautiful boutique, amazingly friendly staff, huge selection of dresses! I didn't feel any pressure to purchase during my appointment, however I found my dress! The consultant was so patient and let me go over my 1 hour "time slot". I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I said yes to the dress at Blu Ivory Bridal. It was a wonderful experience working with Heather and team. My visit with my bridesmaids was filled with a lot of laughs and great support throughout the appointment.

Inventory online, mirrored change room, great staff members. It's worth the trip to Blü Ivory Bridal! Located in the St. Clair area near Dufferin, Blu Ivory was a wonderful visit for a wedding dress! Their site has a good catalogue of shoppable items ranging from Sample Sale, Ready to Wear, Bridesmaids, accessories and more. Worth browsing beforehand to get a feel for the choices you want or even purchase online. When you book the appointment, their form is very informative and also has pictures of the dress shapes you're interested in. Providing as many references and your ideal gown helps your advisor know what to recommend and choose. They also allow you to request up to 5 gowns you see on their site to have them ready for you to try on in person. If there's any extra time during your appointment, your advisor can provide recommendations as well based on your wedding date. During our appointment, we had Heather and she was amazing at supporting and giving great knowledge to the dresses available. She was prepared with the 5 dresses chosen and gave great recommendations. They had a showroom style changing area with mirrors that covered two sides and a large curtain to cover. It added to the drama and reveal for each gown the bride tries on! Additionally, trying on the gowns was effortless as she prepared each gown for the bride to step easily. Heather was great at guiding us and helping us narrow down dresses. They have a mirror up at the front that brides can walk over to see their dress in natural lighting as well. Additionally, we coincidentally met the in-house seamstress as well and talked a bit about alterations which were appreciated! Nevertheless, we had a great time and walked away as a Blu Ivory bride! We got a cute keychain as well for the bride that said "I said YES!".

I had an amazing experience at Blu Ivory. The sales associate Jenny helped me pick out an try on my dresses. She really listened to my likes and dislikes but also helped me try on some dresses I normally would not look at. Jenny listened to my concerns and I appreciate how well she was able to stick to my mentioned budget. She wanted to make sure I found my dress and was comfortable with the price. While shopping, Jenny was so sweet and helped me onto the platform to stand in front of my friends and family for the big reveal. I bought my dress last weekend and absolutely love it. Thank you so much for making my experience so enjoyable!

I’m a bridesmaid and we just had a appointment for the bride at blu ivory. We had previously shopped for dresses but our experience here was above and beyond. Jenny was our consultant and she took so much care of the bride and went out of her way to ask her about her fiancé, how they met, the wedding venue etc and made sure to have a good understanding of what the bride was looking for. Jenny had great listening skills, communication, emotional intelligence and support. Jenny took time to make sure the bride felt well cared for and encouraged. It was Jenny who ended up picking a dress for the bride to try on and we’re all fairly certain it’ll be her dress! It was a wonderful appointment and the service and care here is outstanding. 10/10

Would recommend to anyone! Not only did they have the best selection of wedding dresses out of all the places I went, they also had the best staff and the best seamstresses! I had such an amazing experience. The girls here genuinely care about making you look and feel your best! The store is super cute too. 10/10

Just wanted to share my experience with Ally! She was so great in helping me during my first dress shopping experience today! Great listener and very encouraging and supportive. Never felt pressured to make a decision. She made is super fun and easy. Although I didn’t say yes to the dress today, she wrote down the names of my 2 favourites to think it over and come back when I was ready!
