She was both diligent and flexible. Flowers really do make the day more special, I couldn't imagine having a more perfect bouquet. I would HIGHLY recommend using St. Albert Grower Direct for this upcoming wedding season!

After realizing my sister received an incorrect order (not the premium bouquet and not the chocolate; both of which were ordered and paid for) I spoke with the business owner who simply said "how would I know that was true?" I won't be using this business again and would highly recommend a re-visit to basic customer service principles.

Linda and Sydney never fail to amaze me and always go above and beyond. This will be my forever flower shop, love never being disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered a premium valentines bouquet from this store. I paid almost $100 for 2 red roses which one was broken and some sprayed carnations. one carnation was also broke along with some of the greenery.
i contacted the store which they asked me to send photos. The manager then called back and said that there was no difference other then the vase. the photo i chose showed pink and red roses with some greenery and some alstroemerias. i am VERY DISSATISFIED. the shop wouldn't even try and make it right. she said if you read the description of what's included which says pink and red roses! and does not include how many are provided. this store does not care at all about customer service and i refuse to support this small business.
