β β β β β Itβs hard to believe that you are still open - canβt answer the phone, then when they do hang up immediately 5 times. I guess business is good location because they donβt care about service at all
Response - I did call the Appleby location 6 times - hung up on every time. The point is you donβt hang up on your customers

β β β β β Beginning over 10 years ago this restaurant was a go-to for me because the food has always been great. I haven't been in a couple of years so I decided to call in to the restaurant and place an order, unfortunately they didn't pick up so I figured I would just go to the restaurant. When I arrive the door is locked and there's a sign on the door that says they're open for delivery service only. I then going to the website and place an order hoping that there will be an option for pickup but there is not. This is a very good way of how to lose business because if any customer passing by the restaurant wants to try this place or experience it again like me they will inevitably be disappointed, at least until this restaurant decides to go back to pick up which really isn't much to ask for. After reading some of the recent reviews what I see is owners of a restaurant that just don't care anymore, making it inconvenient for the customer to place an order, having no way of contacting the restaurant and having so many customers missing items from their orders. I hate to say it but I think this is the end of an era.

β β β β β It is unfortunate this place has slid so far. Our last 3 orders have been night mares. Last one canceled an hour and 5 minutes after ordering because they couldnβt βconfirmβ the order even though the cc had been charged. Never mind trying call and get an answer from anyone. Guess we will wait and see if their downtown location opens up again and see if they make it back to being the best Chinese in Burlington.

β β β β β I pre order to have delivery between 630 and 645 . I called at 615 was put on hold for 15 minutes then I was told the food is almost ready to leave. Then at 655 I tried to call only got mail box is full. 702 the driver calls and says he is at the door . When hubby opened the door he was in the driveway tossed the bag of food on the porch no thank you. When I called about it she didn't know what to do .a manager is to call me back but even unsure. The food was cold and the general chicken was almost burnt . So dry and crunchy if I wanted chicken like that i would have gone to kfc. They have to proof to us the service and food is good not worth the time to get this company again

Everytime l order from a Chinese restaurant l'm always left disappointed! its either dry, or the breaded shrimp is not authentic, or the red sauce taste like tin
Every item l ordered a Blossoms was so delicious ! My Chinese restaurant from now on is Blossoms!

β β β β β Today is my company annual Christmas Lunch and is the first time order from this restaurant. The worst experience I had ever had. I ordered the General Tao Chicken and Noodle with spring roll. The Chicken was overly sweet and chewy. The noodle was terrible dry and hard like it was chewy on twigs. The only good thing in that meal was the spring roll, it had taste but still very soft not crispy at all. Sorry I had a lot of General Tao Chicken in my life time.

β β β β β Didnβt realize the chow mein was all bean sprouts until we got home, and the generals chicken was very dry. The fried rice was plain and lacked flavour. Edible but one of my less favourite Chinese meals Iβve had especially for the price we paid. My fortune cookie didnβt even have a fortune in it

β β β β β The food here is incredible! We tend to order takeout because the restaurant itself is a bit cozy. That said Iβve had wonderful experiences dining in as well. This is probably the best Chinese food in town β€οΈ
