J	Janis Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloomfield Junior Academy Montessori is a great place for children to learn! My son first attended from 18 months until 6 years old. He learned a lot from reading, writing, math, science, arts and crafts, astronomy, French, music, and so much more. It is a great place for their social skills meeting other kids and interacting with them. Then my daughter who is now 4 years old is currently attending Bloomfield. She started also at 18 months. She is only four, but now she can read both in English and French, print, learned all the things her brother did. The staff are amazing. If there is any improvement for the child, they work with the child one on one so they can succeed. They have excursions which they love. They do have the uniform, which is great so I don't have to worry on what they need to wear the next day. Fridays they do have dress down day. They have pizza days and they have parties on special occasions. So it's not all serious work, there are fun times too! I would definitely recommend Bloomfield Junior Academy Montessori School to any young children age 18 months - 6 years!

He always has wonderful things to say about his teachers and I love it when he comes home and shows his yoga moves that he learned in school. Would definitely recommend this school.. :)

The moment I stepped into their facility, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere of happy students and a caring staff. It was bright, nicely organized and smelled so fresh and clean. My daughter was coming from a bad home daycare experience and the staff made her transition seamless which gave me peace-of-mind that she was in good caring hands. She comes home each day happy, singing songs that she learned and shares stories about her day. Bloomfield’s educators care deeply about their students, helping them achieve academically but also helping them grow with life lessons of trying their best and understanding that mistakes are part of learning. I could have put my daughter into the regular public school system for kindergarten but with all the changes in FDK, my heart said to keep her at Bloomfield where they understand the importance of learning through play but also importance of structure, routines and challenging students at their level. Bloomfield is one of life’s treasures and I am so thankful that someone told me about this little school with a big heart!

Everyone has been nothing but accommodating as my kids go through their various phases, and I have seen wonderful progress from a learning perspective. Teachers are happy to conference with you and keep you updated on your child's progress. My children had a strong advantage entering JK in both literacy and numeracy which helped boost their self-confidence as learners. I am so glad that we chose Bloomfield and will forever have fond memories!

The second we walked through the door, we had a strong feeling that this was the place we wanted for our child. It's been almost two years now and the staff at Bloomfield has been nothing but warm, loving, encouraging, understanding and skillful in their offering of an early education for our son. In a few months, our daughter will be joining him there and we are excited to see her grow with him and the teachers as time goes on.
