We decided to move back to Toronto from abroad early this year before the pandemic hit. Daniel and Liora made the process of buying a house so easy for us. They were amazing at communicating and connected us with everyone needed for a smooth purchase. They checked on the house regularly for us while we were still away. They also helped organize small jobs that needed to be done around the house before we arrived. They basically made buying a house and moving during a pandemic as relaxing as it could be. We would highly recommend Daniel and Liora! They are the best!

Daniel and Liora are a fantastic team and were a pleasure to work with. I worked with Daniel when I first bought my condo in Toronto 7 years ago. He kept me informed about the market over the years, and he and Liora eventually helped sell my condo in record time for a significantly better price than similar condos in my building. They take time to really understand you and your circumstances, they're knowledgeable, in tune with the market, incredibly responsive, consultative, and eager to add value. We really felt that they were looking out for us and our family. We would recommend the Bloch Real Estate Team to anyone without hesitation!

My husband and I are so glad that we had the Bloch Team supporting us during our house search. After searching off and on for almost 3 years, we finally found the perfect home for our growing family. Daniel and Liora were there for us every step of the way. We worked with Daniel and Liora to buy a condo in Toronto. I am originally from Toronto but moved to NYC over a decade ago. We wanted to buy a place in Toronto for a relative and also serve as an investment property for the long term. As you can imagine, doing this remotely during the COVID lockdowns and border closure made buying a property even more challenging than it already is. Queue the Bloch team... Daniel went above and beyond to help make this as easy as possible. He helped us understand the market, the purchase process in Toronto (very different than NYC) and our options relative to our budget and goals. He was also able to connect us with trusted advisors (eg. Attorney, accountant, mortgage brokers, moving consultants, etc) which saved us a lot of time and headache. This process took over a year because of the short supply in the market, which was limiting our options and leading to bidding wars that went beyond our budget. We likely saw 25+ places during that time. Daniel remained patient and didn't get discouraged. He visited listings with my family member in-person and I joined on FaceTime. He also sent us very detailed recordings, which was the next best thing to being there and made it easy to reference back to a given listing. It was great to have Daniel as a partner in this process. Truly felt like he was by our side and had our best interests in mind. He works incredibly hard for his clients and was very responsive. He provides valuable and honest perspective on the market and building history to avoid wasting time and make sure we stayed focus on our goals. He approached our bidding process very strategically to give us the best odds of winning. I'd highly recommend the Bloch team for any purchase or sale in the GTA! We will be repeat customers and have already been referring them to friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Bloch recently, in March 2022, as a lessee for a small commercial office space. From the first meeting I found Daniel to be personable and easy-going while at the same time detail-oriented, receptive, and focused on all parties’ needs/wants. He remained as such throughout the process.
