About Bliss Salon & Spa

I am from Alberta and every time I visit, Bliss salon gives me exceptional service with SPM, lift and fabulous nails. I had the eyelash extensions and Jaycee, who was awesome. This time I had Jenalee and she was so professional, as well as knowledgeable. I would go there if I did not live 7 hours away. Thank you ladies keep up the fabulous work.

I booked an appointment for my daughter and I a month or so in advance - 2 pedicures plus 2 gel nail manicure appointments. I asked for the price. It equalled the amount for what I asked and booked for. I phoned the day before to confirm. I was told all was good. I live 1 1/2 hours away. I got a call on my cell a half hour before our appointment to say they couldn't do our gel nails due to overbooking. I eventually got them to agree to do an express pedi plus the gel nails. We arrived on time. We were told there would be no gel nails, only shellac for the fingernails plus the express pedis. The lady doing the pedicures was experienced to do gel nails. And I was also told that I must have said the wrong thing when booking. I asked when I booked how much everything was to confirm. The price I paid yesterday was alot different. I'm 99.9% sure we were lied to and sloughed off about the whole thing. I've never been so frustrated and disappointed at a salon before. The price in the end was hardly a deal for their mistakes. The one star is one too many.

They have a city like selection of products and procedures available, with small town friendliness from all the staff. I often go here to but things for my wife, and I always get treated with a smile and understanding as I struggle to vocalize what I need. Love it!

It was obvious they had nothing to do. They weren't friendly at all and didn't offer to fit me in or ask if I needed an appointment. The feeling I got was I was unwelcome in there because of my race. My daughter went in there recently. The hair dresser chopped her hair in a hurry and was not friendly. It was a horrible cut and very uneven with long strands here and there and a big lump in the back. They overcharged her at $40. Luckily another hair dresser saved her hair and cut it properly for a reasonable $20. I would never recommend this place that's obviously racist to my people.

She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, as this was my first time having this treatment done. I will definitely be booking in again. I tried microdermabrasion and my face feels like butter!
