★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent an hour at the branch in Meadow Lake today, trying to resolve an on line banking issue, after 45 minutes waiting and answering questions i was told I needed to talk to the branch manager. when I asked to the manager I was told she didn't have an open appointment today. I asked for the earliest appointment on Monday morning, I was informed that they don't make appointments to see the manager, they expected you to come in and sit and wait without any idea when of if you will get in. I wish I could say this is the first bad experience I have had at RBC,the truth is in the 35 plus years I have dealt at RBC the level of customer service has declined to a level you would not tolerate at a fast food outlet. Sorry to say but this will be my last year dealing with RBC.
