โ โ โ โ โ staff were unpleasent and treated simple questions like if they had sides of sour cream for their mexican breakfast wrap like it was a inconvienence to answer (also no they didnt). the washrooms were horendous one toilet wasnt wotking the taps were dtipping, the free toilet was covered in toilet paper including the old center roll ob iously left by staff who replaced the dispenser, unflushed toilet, if their kitchen is as clean it would be violating many health regulations. will never come back. there was not a wait or a long line either so deffinatly not the reason

Good coffee. Only downside is they only provide coffee to go, so you don't have the option for a porcelain cup. Not very environmentally responsible.

โ โ โ โ โ I recently visited here and had the worst experience. They didn't take my order properly, so I had to drink what I didn't want. I asked for an exchange, but they discriminated against me as an Asian. I ended up leaving the store without getting a drink exchanged. The drink tasted terrible. So I threw the drink into the trash can. I was so upset about my experience here and I never wanted to visit there again. Go to Starbucks next to you rather. This is a place that sells garbage and the service is terrible

โ โ โ โ โ My family and I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the Blenz coffee shop in this town. I ordered a green tea drink with ice, but a hot drink came out. In response, we ordered a green tea drink with ice and asked for an exchange, but he showed a price list of green tea powder with racist remarks and asked why he drank it when there was no ice.(I just drank a little to check after I got the drink.) And they showed me the price of green tea powder and they told me they couldn't exchange it.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently, I visited here and ordered iced green tea latte and hot chocolate. But they gave me a hot green tea latte and I asked for an iced green tea latte, but they showed me a container of green tea powder and got angry that it was expensive. And they laughed at me and cursed me. I ended up leaving the store without getting a drink exchanged. And the taste of latte was the worst. It was neither the taste of milk nor the taste of green tea. Their drinks taste like trash. It was the worst experience I had in Vancouver and I don't want to come here again. They were really the worst.

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice service....and they were very clear with repeating the order, so customer service is a def. 5. Unfortunately it didn't save them from the skill level of making the drink. A simple rose yes latte...taste like dirty hot water. ...fantastic for my 2hr ferry ride home. Sigh.

โ โ โ โ โ Perfectly located, very close to the ferry terminal and bus stop. Friendly and Informative staff and owner. Cosy environment and the for sale available paintings in the cafe make it very relaxing to stay and enjoy the tea , coffee or shake. Loved my matcha smoothy and strawberry tea latte. The mugs and flesk are great last-minute gifts,too.
