Ordering from their online shop was super easy and the turn around time was really quick. Because I live in Calgary I chose to pick up my order. I received the notification email that it was ready the day after I ordered. Becky is super friendly and responds quickly to any inquiries you might have. I didn’t know if I’d be able to pickup my order the same day it was ready (turns out I was able to), but she had no problem making other arrangements if necessary. The hoodie itself is fantastic! It’s good quality, reasonably priced, fits perfectly and is light weight which I really like. I also just saw a picture on Twitter today of a cast member wearing there’s during season 2 shooting so you know if they say it’s legit, it’s legit! On a side note, if you ever get the chance to go behind the scenes to see how they make all of those fantastic props and special effects for TV, I highly recommend it!

The training is well put together and goes well beyond the minimum requirements. Leo gives information from his decades of experience and the practical portion is awesome. Post completion of the course Leo and Becky provide support through rentals and sales assistance as well as general advice. I keep coming back to do business with them time and time again.

Becky was extremely helpful at guiding me through which machine and which supplies I would need. Then when I went to pick up the cannon, Becky took time out of her day to give me a pro tip session on how to launch and re-load. On the Day Of, this tip session ended up being ridiculously helpful as I was a little nervous about getting the timing and distance right. The machine came with a manual, but I think it was Becky's information that I found the most useful. I will definitely be using Bleeding Art Industries again as the process was seamless and the reward for both of my clients was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much!
