Booked them for a move. Tried calling them several times and texting but they never answered. Left without movers with 4 days to our move. Do not book them.

They lost, damaged and broke SOOOOO many items of mine so I refused to pay them and they followed that up with threats. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! PS. Not one thing in garbage bags broke it was everything that was properly covered, put into Tupperware storage containers and boxes. $200 to move $1000+ in damage. Here’s a photo of 1 product they broke and the price. Astonishing. Here is an example photo of me advising him he lost one of my items. Not even an apology.

when they damaged wall while moving, the movers hid it and didnt say anything. when i called the owner with pictures of the damage and to inquire of the second half of the move, he didnt acknowledge my texts and then he didnt apologize for the mistake or even try to accommodate the disturbance, and when i told him i was going to find other movers for the second half of my move, he said " good, im glad we dont have to" VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I would recommend hiring elsewhere. We hired these guys for a move on February 28th. While the quote seemed reasonable and the movers were nice they didn't seem to use the moving blankets advertised online. Every desk and dresser moved was scratched, scuffed or dented. They also forgot to move 2 kitchen chairs, queen headboard and bedframe. Over the next 2 days after our move I noticed all the damage and sent an email with zero response. I then sent another email later that week requesting a receipt. I waited a week and sent another email letting them know this is time sensitive. Its now been nearly 4 weeks with zero response. They're happy to take your money but won't respond to get a receipt or handle their complaints. All I want is a receipt for a service I paid for. EDIT: oh so you have seen my emails?? As I cannot respond to your comment I will address this here: I sent a detailed list and your movers did not come with it as his "phone was broken". I walked them both through the house and even addressed the chairs when they weren't loaded and they will still left them. As a customer paying for a job done it is not my responsibility to repair his phone or hold his hand on a job hired for. As a business why can you not submit a receipt for a cash paid job? Seems sketchy. "Part of owning a business is taking responsibility" How were notes taken without a phone to document these photos?? Some were scuffed but NONE were dented.

These people are wonderful they have recently helped me move from Edmonton to Calgary very quick and easily. They're price was cheap compared to many others. They went above and beyond to make sure my items were safe and handled with the best of care. They are very easy to get along with and I very much appreciate and highly recommend them! :)

I hired this company to move my belongings from storage to my new home. I specifically mentioned if there was anything they couldn't move to let me know and I would come back for it. Brian said no problem. The photo shows how the items arrived at my home. When I reached out to the owner, I got a very rude response. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Update after reply ftom owner: I posted a screenshot, phone number is same.
