★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trudy was always so helpful when it came to issues and digging deeper. I found her very helpful and easy to talk to.
I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I saw her for quite a few months only reason I stopped going is my extended medical wont cover it anymore.and I just couldnt afford it.
I would recommend Trudy to anyone.
You have to find the right therapist for you. Not all will be compatible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen some pretty bad therapists over the years. Trudy was not the worst. She did not berate me or offer terrible advice as though it were a command. She did not throw temper tantrums or make fun of me.
What happened instead...it reminded me a great deal of an episode of the Outer Limits I saw years ago. A man sees a therapist in prison. Or, he thinks he's seeing a therapist until he stands up and interferes with the projector.
"Wait..." He says when his shadow falls over the holographic projector and part of her disappears. "You're a hologram?"
"Sorry." She says. "Budget cuts."
That's what it felt like to talk to her. Not that she wasn't real, but I realized she wasn't THERE. As in, not remembering or retaining a single thing I said. When I tried to confront her about this, about how the repeated questions revealed that she didn't hear the answers, she simply said that she could never see me again.
