★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Joel and his team for strength training, programming and injury prevention since November, 2017. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of training, industry knowledge, and quality of equipment at the facility. They have the best of nearly every strength training implement available (Kabuki, Elite FTS, etc.), are constantly working to improve their own skills and knowledge, and truly are interested in seeing their clients reach their full potential.
Since working with Joel I have seen a dramatic reduction in re-occurring injuries, increases in strength, form improvements, and a positive change in my mental approach to training.
I cannot recommend these guys enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want above and beyond personal training, and a place with PT's that have the knowledge to help you deal with your injuries and get back to being a better you this is where you go. The gym has powerlifters, physique athletes, and just average people looking to better themselves of all ages/backgrounds. Has a very friendly team/family atmosphere with zero judgement.
