★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience!!! Very knowledgeable and ensured I understood what she was doing and why. My previous lash extensions done in a different city were terrible, and I ended up pulling out the majority of my lashes. I was going out of town for the weekend, she squeezed me in last minute and worked some magic and against all odds filled in the gaps!!!! She even offers student discounts and great quality lashes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an experience! Julie is not only knowledgable, but incredibly talented and kind. This is my first with cashmere lashes and I can't even feel them, they're so light! Very pleased. She is a lash genius! Cuddles from Ticco is also a very nice touch ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie is extremely knowledgeable and will take care of your lashes as if they were her own. Julie is friendly and caring, she is almost like a counsellor for me. I leave feeling refreshed because my head is clear and my lashes are on point! ??
Her prices won't break the bank either, definitely worth every penny. I couldn't even imagine not having my lashes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie at Black Lash Lounge was amazing and explained everything. It was very relaxing and cozy. Tico her adorable Yorkie was a great companion. I love my new lashes. They don't look fake which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend Black Lash Lounge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As my first time every getting eye lash extensions I was hesitant based off all the pro and cons talk over the Gatineau/Ottawa sector. However I can say that Julie is by far THE best. Very friendly and very down to earth. As a newbie she was very thorough in explaining the process and everything I needed to know. She made sure to explain everything she was doing as she was doing it and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. Her cute little pup will keep you company and warm! With Julie I feel very comfortable to ask any questions, she is an extremely approachable person which is hard to find. I haven't been to any other places before but based off of basic salons that also offer this service, Julies set up is very private and "homey" compared to a regular salon. I would 100% recommend. She can do very slight and mild natural look and go fuller to what your preference is. 10/10
