★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, this man and company should not be trusted and not perform any service he posted in his website. The pictures that i uploaded can reflect clearly how much damages he cause to my floor. He started his word that we are guaranteed. He left my house without any explanation what this white bubbles in my floor and he confirmed that when the floor dries all the bubbles will go...This is my floor now. we called him to fix but he did not fix anything he left the house and did not take our calls again. The top of that non of the scratches gone as he confirmed that his job to refresh and clean the hardwood.
I bring many companies to fix these damages but all of them they said this will not be removed as they do not know what did he use on the floor.
Also, as we should all expect from his website that he is a very expert person in carpet cleaning as well, but he left the carpet not clean at all.

The service was quick, efficient and left our carpets looking fabulous!
Mr. Mcnab arrived on time, went over what I wanted done, was careful of the furniture that needed to be moved, and completed the cleaning both efficiently and effectively.
Carpet Cleaning 360 did a thorough and professional job . While it was our first experience with this company it will not be our last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic experience with Matt! He's extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
My dog made a complete mess of our brand new carpet (it was less than a week old!). I panicked and made the mistake of trying to clean it myself and used way too much cleaning product. It was a mess! I called Matt and he was at our place within the hour. He assessed the situation, explained what he was going to do, and did it.
Once it dried, a little residue of the soap I'd used came back to the surface. Matt came back. Did a quick surface clean at no extra charge and the result is amazing. My brand new carpet looks new again! I would highly recommend Carpet Cleaning 360 and will definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used Matt from Carpet Cleaning 360 to clean the carpets in the back two bedrooms in our house and living room (pretty much everywhere our animals love to be!). Matt was courteous, clean, responsive, and worked around our schedule to come at a time that worked for us. When he arrived, we found him professional and far more thorough than any other carpet cleaning service we have hired. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. I wasn't sure my carpet was salvageable after our puppy was ill and had a few accidents. Matt listened to our situation and very confidently & professionally explained the products he would use and the process. I am so glad I took his advice. Now all my carpets look great and smell fresh.
He was also able to work around our family schedule and came on time and was able to finish the job in the agreed upon timeline.
It was my first professional carpet cleaning job and I was very happy. I would certainly recommend Carpet Cleaning 360 services and my puppy is very relieved that solutions can be found.
