★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting place! The atmosphere feels more like a pub. The food is great! Deep fried food is always delicious ?? There are few interesting beer that I enjoyed. I recommend trying the Blackberry Porter. Cheers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on a Wednesday evening - it was busy but we didn’t have to wait for a table. The atmosphere is very relaxed once you get used to all the barking dogs. Nice patio that's not on a loud, busy road. We had chicken strips and burgers and enjoyed them both. Out of the beers, I particularly liked the Session ale. We also scored some free deep-fried pickles when the kitchen closed as they made too many. Will definitely be back as it’s a great, peaceful location on the Spirit Trail and easy walking distance to Mosquito Creek and Lower Lonsdale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon around 12pm. They seem to be running low and out of a few menu options by this time (no onion rings or cherry lemonade beer). Good selection of beers but average food. We tried the fried pickles, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, hot wings, and fish tacos. All were OK but nothing to rave about.
Service was a bit slow as well and got our wing order wrong, however she did let us know that she was fairly new there and still getting to know the menu.
Great covered patio with a few sunny spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beer was very good. We each got the 4 flight testers with 4 oz each flavor. Also got the onion rings which were hot and delicious. Service however was very slow. The line to get in was huge and many people gave up because no one came to even tell us there is a wait. After seated we also waited around 15 mind to get someone to take our order. The waiters however apologized (one was starting that same day).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is AWESOME, beer is GREAT, and they are SUPER pet friendly. Nice staff. As long as your dog is well behaved and not barking/disturbing others, they are welcome here. Vancouver needs more places like this! We always come back here and it’s a fantastic walk to or from the Shipyards. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual beer and a bite. Fries are so so good!!
