★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always love this hidden gem. It's a great blend of little trails, streams, a river and open areas to play fetch.
People are always friendly, and the park is very well maintained. Go here if you're tired of large field dog parks where you walk in circles, come here to take your dog on a little adventure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most underrated dog park I've ever been to. Beautiful scenery, a crystal-clear river, rock cliffs, forests, trails everywhere. Was there for about 2 hours and still didnt have time to go down every trail. My dogs' new favourite dog park! Definitely worth the trip from Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great park. Nice and clean and lots of room for people and dogs. We had one bad experience with a guy walking through without a dog pointing cans of pepper spray at dogs. I called rcmp but they couldn’t figure out where I was. Guy just walked off back into town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to walk your dog in a safe area. Options to go along river, especially good if your dog loves water.
After a few days of sunshine, the loads of snow has melted and the trail was a bit muddy in some areas. I look forward to coming back when the trails are a bit dried out.
The dogs loved exploring either side of the wide pathway.

A very nice park with pathways and trails to follow.
There are benches throughout for those needing to sit and rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my all time favorite dog parks. I often take the hour drive from Calgary there.
The park is very large. Lots of trees for shade and access to the water in several spots. Lots of benches along the paths to take a rest and enjoy the views. You have a main path which is mainly flat and would be fine for a stroller.
They have lots of smaller paths in the forest area .
You can access the water at the start of the park by continuing straight. You can walk along the river for a bit before you need to get back on the path due to the cliff. After the cliff areas there is another spot along the river you can access. This area has water that is less strong and not so deep.
If you continue towards the end you can find some old cars. Along the east side of the park is ranch that's fenced off with cattle. The west side is the river. So dogs are corraled.
