I've only dealt with Evan online and on the phone, since the store has been curbside pickup only since Covid hit. All interactions have been excellent. The yarn is fabulous to work with and the colours are different enough from all the other dyers out there that you could never be bored with them. I highly recommend this shop. I can't wait to be able to go into the actual store and browse!

I was moving and passing through Chilliwack hoping to purchase a set of the Lykke Cypra needles (they are copper and absolutely stunning). Black cats was the only place they had any in stock and went above and beyond. Not only was I able to purchase the set but they also met me right off the highway! Highly recommend them!
