★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good bar and small bites establishment off gate 58 in the Montreal Airport International wing. Gray haired bartender very very personable. Nice place to wait for a connecting flight while sitting at the bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice and both times were terrible. Soo expensive given the low quality. Really bad customer service. Also, if your Priority Pass machine isn't working, why wouldn't you put up a sign saying so? Waited 15 minutes in line to find it their Priority Pass machine wasn't working. Went to Tim's instead...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two words...Bloody abysmal. The food was stone cold and when I asked for a refund the most miserable, unhelpful woman I have ever had the misfortune of ever crossing couldn't/ wouldn't give a refund. The management must be really proud of the way their staff thief from a cornered market with no re-coarce.
Anyone who reads my reviews will know how unbiased and honest they are usually with positive tones so believe me...
Try and eat before you reach Montreal Airport and avoid Trudeau Bistro. I suppose even the name should have given me a clue as to how bad the experience would be.

$74 includes 2 breakfast, 2 juice, one orange, one banana , one coffee latte and one bottle of water.
The breakfast is so so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 bagel + 1 latte = 26$. I got reimbursed because the salmon was so dry and the cream cheese wasn't fresh at all. It looks like it's been sitting there for more than 2 days. It's 7am, they should make them fresh in the morning but they are probably trying to pass their unsold sandwiches from days prior. They kindly offered me another sandwich but after checking them, they realized they were all unfresh. They didn't even take them out of service... pathetic. The size of the salad was very poor as you can see on the picture and it wasn't very tasty. Had to call the manager because the cashier didn't know how to do reimburse me. The manager didn't even talk to me or ask me why I was returning the sandwich. He did his thing and left. Poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had horrible service at Bistro Trudeau airport this morning. Blonde lady working at the cash was downright rude , unprofessional and disrespectful. I had ordered a cappuccino but the cup was 1/4 full. I asked her to fill the cup which she refused. I asked her for a refund. Which she also refused! I explained when paying over $5 for a coffee the cup should be more than 1/4 full. She then went in to say ‘“ all you Air Canada employees are the same when you come in here, rude and wanting everything “! I was absolutely shocked at her response. I explained to her that I was being very pleasant and calm and just wanted a full cup of coffee…. She said “NO”!
I told her to keep the coffee and walked away. Will definitely never return, nor recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the other reviews here, I had a great experience! Came in with low expectations based on aforementioned terrible reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Taneka was an absolute delight and deserves all the praise, raises and promotions. The espresso she made me was delicious, as was the Croque Monsieur sandwich I had. And my Priority Pass was happily accepted. Fast and friendly service, and a good place to stop by for a quick bite or snack if you’re short on time. They also carry small bottles of wine to calm your pre-flight jitters, and Joe Beef products if you’re looking for a gift. No complaints here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this place had the WORST costumer service. This lady pictured here is a terrible, terrible person and basically harassed and threatened me for NO reason. I stopped by with my son to get a sandwich and pizza. As we were exploring our options, I must’ve missed out on her approaching me. As she came by again, I asked her for her help to which she rudely said “can’t you wait?” And turned around and sneered mockingly to her coworker, “This woman doesn’t even know how to say ‘Hi’ and she wants my help.” I was shocked and as I was ordering, I realized that she couldn’t hear my orders. So I told her that I believe she couldn’t hear me but I DID say hi as I asked for help and that I did not appreciate her impoliteness. For that she turned around and mocked me using my voice!!! At this point I confronted her and told her not to treat me that way if she’s having a bad day for which she said, “ I will call security on you and you can kiss your flight goodbye.” I got my sandwich and left and realized that she didn’t even put my pizza in. Well guess what, your sandwich sucked, you are still working while I’m on vacation. Peace you rude, uncouth, childish thing ✌️✌️
